Can I customize my laptop order?
Dynabook offers configure-to-order (CTO) products across our notebook product line. If you would like to have a model built to your requirements, please contact us (email: DBC-Support@dynabook.com / Phone: 1-800-663-0378) to discuss your needs. Our products are customizable for major hardware features as well as for custom image development, asset tagging and other services which are completed at our factories. CTO models are usually available within two to three weeks from the order date.
Does Dynabook provide deployment and setup services for businesses?
Dynabook Canada provides in office and work from home set up and installation services for our business customers in major centres across Canada. Deployment and set up service is available for $150 per laptop installation. Does Dynabook offer extended warranty?
All Dynabook computers are built to last and backed by a three-year limited international warranty. While many customers can extend the life of their laptops well beyond the standard warranty period, we encourage customers to consider extending their warranty with our highly affordable 4th and 5th year coverage options. This protects your investment while also reducing your lifecycle cost of ownership. It is also a good environmental decision as it lengthens the productive use of the product and minimizes the costs associated with replacing and recycling technology which may still be very productive and able to meet your needs.
Does Dynabook provide volume discounts?
Dynabook has volume purchase discounts available for customers with larger requirements in a single order (10+) or as a standardized laptop for your ongoing needs. Can Dynabook products be purchased from other resellers?
In addition to selling our laptop and service offerings directly to customers, we support our partners in selling Dynabook products. Dynabook works cooperatively with many major computer resellers across Canada.
